They gave me a discount due to my income. I went in for a painful cavity and they also filled another for me. The first doctor to come in was very condescending when I told him I'd rather him pull my tooth than put a crown on it for between $1000 and $5000, but the doctor who actually pulled my tooth was very pleasant. I will go back, and hopefully not have to meet the condescending doctor. Hopefully he's a nice guy and was just having a bad day! I will also add that the nice doctor was pretty cute too ;)
