It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The staff in the back were rude, inattentive, had attitudes and were very unprofessional. There was a point where i had to ask an assistant to change gloves after handling other objects outside of the dental utensils and after walking into other areas touching things with the same gloves on then coming back to touch in or around my child's mouth. Another assistant let mouth utensils dangle downward close to the floor and in-between her legs then proceeded to put same utensil in my child's mouth. When asked to not let the tools dangle and to wipe or change the tool, the assistant reacted with a rude attitude. Also things were dropped on the floor and not replaced but rather wiped off. and I also observed an assistant use dental tools to open and close drawers and grab things out of the drawer with the same too. Overall I was mortified with the lack of cleanliness and the attitudes. The dentist did not introduce herself, she just came in and started working. I had to ask an associate who she was and for her name. (Dr. Willcott I believe), and no one explained the procedure that would be taking place. On my way out i witness another client complaining of a job done on her child as well, which leads me to believe this is the norm at this practice. I was very disappointed and I would never recommend them to anyone or choose to visit them again. If i could give a zero star rating, that is what i would give.
