Currently this is the only option in town if you as an adult need dental work done, when using Medicaid to pay for it. My spouse got her dentures September of 2014, and has not been able to wear them. This clinic is very busy, very disorganized, and careless. I myself in June of 2015 had to sit three hours in the waiting room for a 2 minute quick Prior Authorization exam because the receptionist erased my name off the sign-in dry erase board without properly bringing up my records so that I could be seen. Five different stories were given over a period of a year when asked how Spend Downs work.

I think this office is wonderful! the prices are EXCELLENT!!!! every time i am there i laugh and joke with the staff who are wonderful...HOWEVER...one doctor was AWFUL. last extraction (i've had 8) was unimaginable! first, the doctor did not listen to me and did not care what i had to say it seemed. second, he just had a huge argument with another patient before sat in the chair. you could tell the dentist was not in a good mood. last, he was so rough with my mouth and the extraction so bad i had dry socket. 8 extractions and never had this happen. EXCRUCIATING PAIN! UNIMAGINABLE! i will NEVER, EVER, EVER see this dentist again. however, i will return to see dr. czerniak. she is awesome. not this guy! i cannot even remember his name...starts with an N or D. small, little, darker skin. maybe originally from India or middle eastern descent. i could care less where he was from or whatever but i am just trying to warn others of who he is. just awful!!! by the way, i heard from the staff directly, he has had MANY MANY COMPLAINTS. again, i will return because the care has always been excellent from everyone else here and the price is right!
