They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
