They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs in the waiting room were not that comfortable but aside from that, my visits have been good.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The office staff is not friendly at all. I was not impressed when I first got there. As a matter of fact, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to open the door to the office, and no one even apologized for being 30 minutes late! Dr. Burton is one of the best Ob-Gyn's in Atlanta, but his office staff "sucks".
