I am very unhappy with this practice. I went to the Windy Hill office in January 2013 for the removal of my Mirena, which was unsuccessful. Paid my $50 Co-pay. When I received my EOB from the insurance company, I wasn't supposed to be charged. Contacted Joy at the College Park location multiple times. She told me Neilda would process my refund, it is April 22, 2013 and I still have not received my refund. I called and spoke with her today and she has an attitude as if I am bothering her. If I as patients is paying accordingly, why is it so difficult to receive a refund from this pratice.

They gave me some information but I was confused. I'm going to see another doctor to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find; but the furniture in the waiting area is filthy and not comfortable. Assistants were eating their lunch in the work area and the food smell (for a pregnant woman, like me) was not pleasant.
