I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
