They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me my loved one would get when we first arrived. They were very polite but did not deliver the care to my loved one they promised. I found my patient neglected on more than a couple of occasions. They lost her hearing aides and teeth. She wasn't fed enough or given water. My patient is frail and suffers with dementia. They talk a good game but they don't step up. Their nurses are good. Their techs are mostly sorry and worthless, just drawing a paycheck. I witnessed them behaving shamelessly with patients when they thought no one was watching. The administrators allow this. They are just windbags. I will be moving my patient to another facility asap. I do plan to report this place to the state.
