They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Not only did they not review my medical history before my appointment, but they didn't go over anything in the actual exam. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.

To top it off I had to call almost 2 weeks later for results...still haven't heard about my blood work and I was told my symptoms were due to my body having hormone changes (I'm 26). Ended up going and seeing a regular doctor and low and behold I have not one not two but three tumors on my pituitary gland along with blood work that came back all sorts of crazy levels! She didn't take time for anything, I asked to be tested for hpv (dr.oz got to me lol) and imagine that she didn't do that test either! It was very uncomfortable and I felt rushed! I wouldn't recommend anyone going there...especially if you're having issues bc it's you're life and she could careless!

I had high hopes for this office because the website looked nice (silly me). Dr was nice, I was seen for prenatal appts. The staff seemed clueless though, which led me to believe things are unorganized there. For each prenatal appt, the med asst asked why I was there, even though she had my chart in hand. And each time she was suprised when I said I was pregnant. Scary. I also called a few times for advice over the phone, and the girl answering had no clue. I broke my foot and on the way to ER I called to let Dr. Patel know what had hapened, and this girl said no xrays. I repeated to her that Id broken my foot and xrays were neccessary, and Patels staff said go to ER, but you cant have xrays. Well, I did get xrays, on my foot, far away from my tummy, and its a good thing I did because they reset my bones and casted me. If I hadnt have let them do this, I would have healed wrong and possibly never walk again. The ER dr and my new ob dr both said I did the right thing, and baby is fine. I dont trust dr. Patel or her staff to take care of me, or my baby.

The most unprofessional, unethical and rude doctor I have ever seen. I felt very rushed. Dr, Patel barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me while I was waiting 40 minutes. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about her qualifications. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend her ever after my experience there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
