My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. But, they always take that extra step to make me feel special. I do enjoy my appointments here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would and the wait to see the doctor was a little long, but she is a great OB/GYN and delivered my healthy baby boy.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

This place is very deceiving. Receptionist staff is nice, good location, good atmosphere until you get called back. The nurse in the back is rude. The doctor didn't ask my name, she simply told me to lower my bottoms and began doing an ultra sound. Once she learned i was a high risk patient, she began telling me how she didn't know what i could do to go see a cardiologist because my insurance is horrible. She then asked me what I thought I should do. I was confused because I thought SHE was the doctor who should be recommending treatment. She started to leave the room so I asked how far along I was and she proceeded to tell me "I don't know. Come back in two weeks." When I complained to the staff about her poor attitude they simply nodded their head and said "Yea" like they are used to hearing complaints. Unacceptable.

Just went in for an annual visit.The staff seemed nice. I was have some abnormal periods that I wanted to bring up. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to finally see the doctor. She made me feel rushed. Whenever I told her anything I just got a "Yea, yea, okay." No more questioning what was wrong. I saw her for all of 3 minutes. Then she said she wanted me to get some blood tests and another test. I did the blood test that day and was supposed to come back for the other. I couldn't make it in for the other and called the office to let them know I wouldn't be doing the other test. I never heard back on the results of my annual or my blood test. I got a bill from a lab they used. They told the lab to bill as general health instead of preventative so I had a co-pay when I shouldn't have. Not to mention they used a lab that was out of my health care's network. It's taking me weeks to clear that up. I will be looking for a different doctor.
