No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

The draft this computer progrma wrote up for me was very strange, never just click submit! CSI has been very kind to me; I just transferred there from another providr and they have been prompt, courteous, and thorough. My questions and concerns were addressed, and I was offered counseling in addition to the pychiatry I needed, although I chose to remain with my previous conselor. The secretaries are nice and though the waiting room is a bit of a zoo, its not terrible enough for me to go elsewhere! They took me on as a client very quickly and I really appreciate that.

Not really, but I found a spot
Did this psychologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychologist's office?
I waited forever for my appointment!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
