They told me they give out reminder calls, they have failed to do so my past 2 appointments they know i have issues with organization. I called the telephone dispatcher service afterhours and chose the schedule an appointment option....i got a busy signal....tried again 5 minutes later the same...and again ten minutes later....same....sooooo i chose the chrisis option to get connected to a chrisis worker and i got the same freaking thing a busy signal.... some service if i cannot talk to anyone who's supposedly my psych workers.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I would see them over anyone else in the field. They are definitely an expert.
