I was suffering anxiety and panic attacks of such severity and frequency that I was almost incapacitated. I didn’t want to be put on any kind of anti-depression medication and began researching meditation and other more natural treatments. I found meditation to be helpful in getting through the attacks, but it wasn’t until I began treatment with Dr. Shoemaker at Natural Paths to Wellness in January, 2014, that I was able to see a lessening of the attacks themselves and in the duration of the after-effects. I feel like I have my life back. I had also suffered frequent sour stomach which seemed to come on without warning and no matter what I ate. That condition too is now under control and I feel great relief.
