She gave me so many lifestyle tips that I could do to combat my fibromyalgia disease and speed up my recovery. Everything she told me made a huge difference, I was able to get off 7 different drugs that had created a lot of side effects. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I have referred many friends and other health professionals to Jessica and they have all had the same experience I had!

As a practicing psychiatric nurse, I know that there is much more to curing a disease than just treating its signs and symptoms.

A breast cancer diagnosis caused me to reassess my personal life choices. Dr. Jess not only provided me with excellent scientific advice, but also explained the “why” behind that advice. With Dr. Jess’ advice, I made lifestyle changes in the food I eat and the exercise in which I engage. I am pleased to say that I feel and look younger at age 48 then I did at 38.

Thank you Dr. Jess, for treating the root of disease, not merely its symptoms.
