They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've had a good experience. This place had a nice staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
