I made an appointment for my two 92 year old in-laws, my husband took off work. We arrived early to fill out paper work. After waiting 45 minutes for the receptionist and doctor to return from lunch--we left. After we got the old people and their walkers back into the car on a cold windy day, we saw the two receptionists pull into the parking lot and start running to the office. My husband went back and talked to them and they lied about our appointment time--like we don't have records and a recording of the office reminding us of the appointment time. If you have ever helped two 92 year old people to the doctor you can totally understand where I am coming from. Total lack of consideration. I guess it is just as it says, doctors first.
