Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I would like to add that the lady at the front desk was extremely kind, I guess she noticed I was not feeling well (I had the flu) and she help me entering herself the info on this electronic board they had, she just asked me the questions and she did it herself...Muchas gracias linda =]
