If there was a no star option, that is what I would pick! I was in Ocean City for a few days and badly broke my toe and side of my foot. Being off-season, I called around and 10th Street was the only location who had xray facilities that day. I spend 2 1/2 hours total in this office that was not busy at all. It looked like most of the people who came in, were waited on almost immediately, and left were drug tests. After 2 hours I was finally called back to an exam room. The nurse who's name tag said she was an xray tech took my history and vitals and let the automatic blood pressure cuff get so tight, I had to scream at her to take it off and have never felt pain like that from having my blood pressure taken. The doctor came in, poked on my severely dislocated and swollen toe, said it looked broken to him and said he wanted an xray. About 20 minutes later, the nurse came into my room and told me they couldn't take my xray and I would have to go to the facility at the ER of Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin for an xray. The tech at Atlantic General questioned why they sent me to the ER and said they send people to them a lot, even after taking an xray at 10th street. I am filing a complaint with Medicare so 10th Street has to forfeit payment for lack of service since after all the time I spent in their office, they did absolutely nothing and I wasted half of my morning. Just go to the ER in Berlin if you need medical attention and don't let this place waste your time!!

Walked in without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor listened and did not rush and provided excellent care. The facility was clean and everyone was very friendly.
