When I went to the center there were not many people waiting and I was seen quite quickly - it also helped that my name and pertinent information was already in their system. Dr. Cragway saw me and diagnosed poison ivy - surprised me since I did not have any of the itching with the rash. He prescribed medication and asked that I call after 10 days if the symptoms were not better. I called on the 12th day and spoke to the nurse - was experiencing other system and the rash seemed to be spreading. She told me to wait 20 days - the life of poison ivy? I am calling back today.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
I have, therefore, transferred my records to another doctor; I feel Dr. Tran is an unsatisfactory replacement for my former family doctor, Dr. Clem.
