I recommend everyone to this office. Dr. Porter is the only doctor who successfully helped me to learn to deal with Celiac disease, as well as other food allergies. He is the only doctor I've ever met that really cared about helping me, and giving me options that I felt comfortable with. He does not prescribe medication to cover a problem, he figures out the root of the issue and fixes it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this entire staff and office to everyone, and will continue to come here.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
