In addition to receiving exceptional care, I was also impressed with how friendly and polite they were to me during my appointment. They really went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am going to refer everyone I know here. They didn't wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I wasn't concerned about their equipment. It appeared to be well taken care of, safe, and very advanced. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go out of their way to make me feel special and valued. They have one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited and their level of care is out of this world.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
