Have had two appointments in last two months and have been going to them for at least ten years, unfortunately on the last two appointments I had to wait first over half an hour and then today waited twenty minutes because the hair dresser was not even in yet. I ended up leaving and told the young lady in the front I was leaving and she said "But you have an appointment" How could that matter when there was no one there to do the haircut? Ended up going to someone else and getting it done. You all ready have my name I'm sure.
