I went in with long dark brown hair looking to get a short hair cut and have my hair dyed golden brown. I brought a photo with me. I had never had my hair dyed before and I can't see without my glasses so I didn't realize what was happening. First the woman made my hair bright yellow! Then she made it orange! Then she said she had to do someone else's hair and she sent me to get my hair cut by someone else. That person then cut my hair horribly and uneven and told me it looked wonderful and was exactly what wanted even though it looked nothing like the photo. After 2 hours there and horrible looking hair I was forced to leave because my newborn daughter needed to eat and I'm her food! I will be going back to try to get them to fix it! I shelled out $100 and my hair looks horrible.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. My stylist remembers my name and know exactly how I want my hair done. She works with me to give me the best service possible.
