They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. I have been seeing Dr. Kostrubala for at least 8 years, and he's one of the greatest. He gets you in very fast without an appointment. He honest and attentive.
