Dr. Kostrubalas did my implant, it turned out great! It took only two visits. I initially went in for a consult, but after hearing about how easy and virtually painless the procedure would be I wanted to get started right away, they only required half down, and since I didn't bring any money with me, the office manager was nice enough to help me fill out an application for financing, within 5 minutes I was approved and the Dr. began taking impressions. A couple of weeks later the office called me to let me know my implant was ready and I scheduled the appointment to come in. I was really nervous at first, but I felt NO PAIN during the procedure, and afterwards one of the staff members went over
all my instructions on care. I asked them for something for pain, and even though they wrote something, I never needed it. I am really glad that I got this done! I can't believe I waited so long. I have been missing my front tooth for over 10 years... and now, its a perfect match! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Best $3,000 I ever spent!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged and have people demonstrate excellent customer service. We felt very safe in their care. This was my first time visiting the dental office along with my 4 year old for dental care. Amazingly, my toddler was very comfortable during his treatment and the Hygenist was very nuturing and hands on with my child. The checkup and cleaning went very well and to my surprise he was very relaxed with the procedure and curios -- it was more detail then the other dentist office he attended 6 months ago. I strongly recommend this office for dental care not only for the Adults but toddler of age as well. We will definitely visit this office again. Prior to my office visit, I got an appointment quickly and during my visit, I did not have to wait long. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were cleaning and flossing my child's teeth. His gums didn't bleed at all. They've never rushed the teeth cleaning and he did not cry or show signs of fear since it was more detailed.

Dr. Kostrubala did my lumineers and they turned out fantastic! I am so happy with my new smile! I should have gotten this done years ago!

They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. I would definitely hesitate going back due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. Kelly was very rude to her staff and disrespectful. Although Dr. Craig was very nice, his "office person" wife was very phony. Didn't know anything. Very uncomfortable office environment.
