Twice they have been super busy and have fit me in each time they are always kind and understanding the staff is very welcoming/professional and Dr. Kostrubala is as great as they get!!!! Highly recommend

Dr. Craig is a great dentist . Ive been going to him for about 7 months and I am very pleased with the professional service I have received. He is a caring gentle dentist. I have never felt any pain while he worked on me. Dr. Craig and his staff all care about you. Dr. Kostrubala is the best!!!!!!!!!

The previous patient asked me to commit insurance fraud to get a crown done on her tooth. I refused and the previous review is my punishment. I even reported the situation to the state dental department.

I was suffering from depression because of my teeth. I saved up to get a service done to restore my confidence and informed Dr. Kostrubala of this. I went in, received a service and asked if it could be slightly altered. He took offense and grinded my actual tooth down beyond repair. In order to fix what he did, I was told that the tooth would have to grinded further to put a cap on it. I'm JUST getting out of this round of depression and able to speak about it. BEWARE!! He ruined my mouth.

Best dental experience I have ever had! Everything was explained thoroughly and my procedure was totally painless. -didn't even feel the pinch of the needle. I won't go anywhere else and my kids will also be patients. Highly recommend!

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I called the office on Christmas eve, with horrible pain from an issue I have been treating over the last few weeks, Kelly was nice enough to listen to all of my worries and complaints, and genuinely wanted to make sure I felt better for the holidays. She even gave me her cell phone number just in case I had any issues getting my script filled after they had closed the office. They always accommodate for late appointments, always answer all of my questions as best as I could ever ask for. They are FANTASTIC at this office, and really care about each of their patients.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
