It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
