They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. my godmother is a patient there and the staff is rude and very unprofessional. I witnessed one of the employees abusing a patient and was told that he was a violent patient and that he had a weapon never saw the weapon he was wearing a diaper she snatched his clothes away.I saw her put her hands on him and was then told I didnt see what I thought I saw. When I made a complaint with the state I was told they could not do anything. You might as well take you family to a bar and leave them the cursing and yelling is hideous never saw anything like it.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. One thing that's been so annoying about Split Rock Nursing Home, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They should be answering people questions or else i wont tell anyone about them.
