They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the cosmetic surgeon seem to be inexperienced in the procedure you were hoping to have done?
Absolutely! They had been doing my procedure for years
Were you informed about the company's policies for the cost of a second procedure if something were to go wrong?
They didn't give me any written information, but they informed me about their policies
