Did the cosmetic surgeon allow you to see other patients' before and after photos?
Definitely not. I asked and they wouldn't let me see any
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Not at all! I was able to schedule my surgery at my own convenience

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
