They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
