Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was, inside a shopping center. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
They were very busy and seemed to have botched up my appointment, I had to wait a very long time. I started getting frustrated after two hours and that is when I had to call the desk as I saw patients who arrived after me, leave the facility. The front desk seemed oblivious to me sitting like a bump on a log waiting for attention. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. By booked dropped on the floor during my dental appointment finally. I noticed the floor were not clean at all. Germ breeding ground is what it looked like. They apologized after my complain on the phone and gave me a complain card to fill in. I did not as I was relieved to finally receive attention. My concerns a small and with a little extra attention to detail, this dentist will be just fine.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
