They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I don't appreciate them charging me for canceled appointements. Mindy, the office manager was the rudest I have ever experienced in my life. She demanded I pay some fees plus for the canceled appointment. never going back there again!!!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The only problem I have is they don't have good hours for people who get home late. So everytime I have to see the dentist I either have to leave work early or take the day off. I am very picky about my teeth so I don't like to jump around to different dentists. When I find one I like I stick with them. But if I was to find one that I liked with better hours I would leave.
