The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was nice and quiet. Sometimes the receptionists are rude, however. If I didn't really, really like my dentist (Dr. Williams), I would probably go somewhere else because of the receptionists. One time I sat there for a half hour, and no one called on me. When I told them I had to leave to make it to work on time, they were rude and implied that I was lying about having to wait so long, rather than apologizing for their mistake. However, MOST of the time, I have a very short wait.

New Dental Insurance provider, seen as walk in. Don't try this one if You need Dental services any time soon, except for emergencies you will wait 6 months and they don't care. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
