This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Dr. Ron Rombaugh was friendly and courteous and took care of my dental needs in a gentle and caring way. His staff also treated me the same way. My two sons also went to him and were also very satisfied. I had a tooth filled and I did not feel any pain during or after the procedure! We were all very satisfied!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
