Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

Ron has been our family dentist for many years, treating not only myself, but my parents and my children. We have always received excellent care. The entire staff is great.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.

Ron is a great Dentist. He has taken care of my own teeth and also my Fathers. My dad has Alzheimers and had a bad tooth that he hadn't told us about and Dr. Rumbaugh took care of everything he needed in one visit with very little discomfort to my father which I was greatly appreciative of. I highly recommend him to anyone.
