They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
