Good doctor. Terrible staff. Staff is rude, scheduling an appointment is more difficult than getting an audience with the pope. Waited for months for an appointment in the Fair Lawn office; due to a death in the family (the funeral is on the same day as the appointment) we asked to change the appointment. The answer of the staff was they could move the appointment one hour later due to a "sudden cancelation", and that we had to take that appointment or nothing. We even asked to go to the Cedar Knolls office; again the same rude response: take an hour later or you get nothing. I am dropping this doctor as soon as I can find a new one. Not worth suffering the staff.
