Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
