Great Doc, good manner always has done well by me

I would not recommend Dr Shepard. The staff as well as the doctor never listened to where my pain was located, just assumed the first nurse I met had the right information although I always repeated where my pain was. I was told to buy several items to help me. Outrageous unnecessary expense. Finally I said I am calling another doc when the nurse started to listen and I had one shot in my heel only to have the pain come back!
