Check your EOB. We didn't receive any bills from this office until after we discontinued services. This office billed us for evaluations and tests that were never performed or authorized. All of which we're billed during a 25 minute session. No reports were presented to us at any point in time. Insurance fraud?

I’ll definitely be returning to see them again. They were very helpful. They are always so careful and meticulous. They confirm my appointments every time and are always up to date on my insurance; and how many visits I have left. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and are very pleasant. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

The speech therapist my kid goes to is fine however when you try to call the main office that is where the problem is. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Janine M Stiene, MS. I have tried to get Janine to call me about a dozen times and I was told she will not talk to me. I have also left 4 messages for someone to call me about payments my insurance company made with no return call. I would never recommend them.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
