They answered every single question I could think of clearly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me. I only spent a couple of seconds in their waiting room. I loved that they were able to get me in so quickly. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I couldn't feel safer under their care. I trust them to give me the best care, and the most helpful advice. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They worked with my schedule, and got me in immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The type of therapy she wanted my son to do was a bunch of tongue excercises that did not help him produce sounds any better. Most of the work had to be done at home so why pay all that money? I had to do all the work with him. Waste of time and money. People are not too friendly. I talked to the speech teacher at school, she was much nicer and more helpful.

The worst experience I have ever had. This office charges $570.00 to my insurance per 1/2 hour session, and I also have to pay my $25.00 co-pay. Who in their right mind thinks that this is normal? The healthcare system in this country is so messed up because of people like Janine Stiene charging these crazy rates for 1/2 sessions. She met my son once and has never been part of any of his sessions, but she collects all the money. Greedy, greedy lady & practice. You should be ashamed. How do you sleep at nite, theif! Karma sucks & it will get you someday!!!
