I've never visited a podiatrist before and didn't know what to expect for my ingrown toenail. I was very, very comfortable with their care. Dr Darraugh took care of my toenail during my visit with partial removal of my toenail. I'd been trying to care for it myself but it just wasn't healing right. I did not feel a thing during the procedure beyond the numbing medication. It healed as expected and i am no longer in pain. Thank you for such great care. Why did I wait so long?

I'm not sure this provider is well versed in anything beyond their specialty.

The staff could have done a lot more to create a welcoming atmosphere.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I have an injured ankle caused by a fall. Because I am on blood thinning medications Dr Darragh recommended an orthotic insert that would correct the way I walk and relieve pain. I have worn the device for one week and the swelling, bruising and pain are so much better, that is reduced. The custom orthotic has been wonderful. Thanks to Dr Darragh, Kristen and Liz.
