My family and I all go to Dr Darragh. He has a calm, friendly, and engaging attitude and he is willing to take time to answer all questions. His office staff does not seem to overschedule his day, so when you show up for an appointment, you can be sure that you will be seen reasonably promptly. A minor billing hiccup (my fault) was handled by the front office staff with grace.

I've been slightly frustrated with followup visits, though I really ought to be frustrated with my insurance rather than Dr. Darragh. Still, one would think that after spending a LOT of money on orthotics (a good recommendation by Dr. Darragh and one that has made a positive but not life-altering difference for me) that there would be one free followup visit. Nope. And in fact there can be many followups, each with its associated copay.
