I called this office because I had sprained my ankle and was told that there were no fractures. After 4-5 weeks my ankle and foot continued to swell. I went to Dr. Derouin to get a second opinion. Sure enough there was an evulsion fracture and had been since the day I sprained it. I went to the new urgent care on the Blvd when it happened and they said it was just sprained.

The care that I received at Derouin's office was exceptional. The process took longer since my care was delayed. I would recommend him to anybody that has a foot or ankle issue.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I appreciate the attention to detail they show. They are very personable. Always careful and meticulous. I'm amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being as well as their other patients. Their advice is always clear, delivered in a friendly manner and completely unbiased. I was in awe at the level of service I received by the entire staff. Myriam at the front is extremely friendly, respectful and attentive to all y our needs. Jamie and Amanda are very knowledgeable and gentle technicians. Dr. Mick is very caring and listens closely. He is an expert in his field and has tender bedside manner. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is yours when you are being treated.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business is, as they have offices in the town I live in and the town I work in, 30 miles away. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. On every visit, I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This is one of the only doctors' offices that I come out of laughing...they make you feel like you're part of the family.
