Have been with Dr Simon for 15 plus years. He has always been punctual and attentive. Usually smiling and takes care of my problem. I have moved from Va. Beach and now drive over 50 miles for my visits. A satisfied patient!!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
