He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

My appointment started at the scheduled time. The office was clean and modern and had plenty of chairs and magazines. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Staff was professional and couteous. I was completely briefed on all concerns and felt that every aspect was covered during my visit. Dr. Simon answered every question and concern I asked. I would highly recommend his office.

Dr. Simon is an absolute expert in feet and ankle problems. He literally wrote the textbook. My pcp who recommended him said that all her patients with foot problems go to podiatrists, but the pain/problem is only resolved when they are treated by Dr. Simon. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I recommend him to others all the time. Others in his practice are good to - but he's the BEST!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I reccomend him highly.
