The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Don't waste your time. I had a 1:15 appointment and at 2:10, I left. I was only there for a follow-up on blood work, which should have been done over the phone (as my primary physican did). They overbook appointments, don't have enough rooms, so you sit and wait in a very small, overcrowded waiting room. I will be looking for a new doctor today!

If you call and ask for a callback expect to wait four or five weeks and to leave that many messages. This office is extremely inefficient and unorganized. Especially, Stephanie, the medical assistant. Service is poor, they double-book your appointments and the office staff has a terrible attitude; except for the girl that does the scheduling. She has a pulse and is very polite.

Don't do it, just go to another doctor.
