I used Dr. Seema Ahluwalia for post-thyroid cancer care successfully for over 5 years. I like her methodologies and she was personable. I thought it was odd that the office location kept changing and that the wait times before appointments could span from 30 min to 1.5 hours, but I adjusted. The last 18 months have been absolutely horrible. My calls to the nurses assistant and records lady have been ignored, not returned in one day or one week, not returned at all. Finally, after months of no reply to my inquiry on blood work results, I got bloodwork done by my primary care and found that my TSH is dangerously high. I'm stunned and shocked that the office didn't call me right away after the test results arrived 10 weeks ago. I've put in 8+ calls to have my records faxed to a new provider and I'm relieved that this experience is almost over. I feel like this Dr has lost diligence, attention to detail and basic followup skills and I wouldn't feel safe going back.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They answered some of my questions...they were somewhat responsive but I still felt like I needed more information. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
