What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long to get an appointment. However, they are ALWAYS running late in that office. I waited 2 hours and had to threaten to leave in order to be seen. My appointment was rushed because I needed to leave to pick up my child from school. I thought that if I got them right after lunch I'd have plenty of time, but it was absolutely ridiculous how long I had to wait. It was discourteous to me and all of the other people in the lobby - which is small and was packed full. People were standing while they waited for hours. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I did like Dr. Ahluwalia, though, and am hopeful she will be able to help me get better. But, they will have to impress me a little bit more before I start giving out even a "fair" recommendation. They have been about average so far.
